This week, Mrs. Hooper’s pre-kindergarten classes went on an exciting field trip to the local fire station! The children were thrilled as they arrived at the station, wide-eyed with curiosity and excitement. The firefighters welcomed the class with open arms, ready to show them around and teach them about fire safety.

The students got to explore the fire trucks, try on mini-sized firefighter helmets, and learn all about the important job firefighters do to keep the community safe. Mrs. Hooper shared, “We were lucky to see the fire station and meet the firefighters before a fire struck!”

The field trip was a fun and educational experience that the children won’t soon forget. It not only taught them about the role of firefighters but also inspired them to think about how they can help others. Thank you to our local heroes at the fire station for making this day unforgettable!
