When one of us succeed we all get to celebrate. Today we wanted to let our community know that we have an amazing fifth grader who has advanced to state with his Reflections submission. Hyden choreographed a traditional dance and performed it with his sister. He named his piece Voice to the sky and said, “I wanted to show everyone where my roots are coming from. This dance is a presentation of slavery in Peru that is a mix of Spanish dance and African dance.
