We are so excited when students send us pictures of them learning at home. This student is completing a science assignment on preventing flooding. Students were to find a way to ‘lift” their houses several feet (inches) off the ground to prevent them from being flooded in the future. They were given 2 sheets of paper and told to use a book at home. This student figured out how to make it sturdy and add extra weight.
