What is Trustlands?
- Reviewed Trustlands slideshow
- Overview of the role of community council and this year’s plan
- Trustlands slideshow will be sent to members of the council to inform members of the rules and order in preparation for next meeting – rules and order will be voted on during next month’s meeting
Action Item: Select Chair and Vice Chair
- Will wait until next meeting for all members to be present
Action Item: Future Meeting Date
- Future meetings will be held the first Tuesday of every month at 3:30. The next meeting will be held on October 1, 2024 at 3:30 PM.
- Madeleine Hamblin motioned to approve the action, Erica Mildenhall seconded the motion. All members approved.

- Mark Burge motioned to adjourn the meeting, Madeleine Hamblin seconded the motion. All members approved.
