Tip Tuesday – Maintaining a consistent sleep schedule is so important for mental and physical growth. According to CDC.gov, sleep is critical to prevent disease, concentration and memory issues, behavior problems, and injuries. Establishing consistent sleep habits will give benefits for a lifetime.

Set bed and wake-up times at the same time every day, including weekends.

Make sure kids are active during the day so they can fall asleep at night.
